Martin Ricketts, Managing Partner of Euroconsult Monaco,
completed his studies in the United Kingdom, in Germany and in France and has
an MBA from INSEAD Fontainebleau. He has spent his career in the sector of international
acquisitions and divestments. He speaks French, German and English fluently
and has established himself as a specialist on Economic and Monetary Union ;
he also is active as a lecturer on the subject of the Euro both in the academic
field as well as for professional groups. At the end of 1996 he published a
booklet entitled "EMU - Economic and Monetary Union in Europe" as
well as several press articles.
Jean-Paul de Baets
is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Paris and of Harvard Business
School. He has worked in the sector of international finance, first of all for
a large Franco-Belgian group and then for consulting companies. He speaks French
and English fluently and also has a good knowledge of several other European
languages. He is specialized in financial strategy as well as in international
acquisitions and divestments.
Nicolas Radulesco is specialized in international
treasury operations and in questions concerning the single currency. He is a
Doctor in Mathematical Sciences and has worked for international groups with
regard to financial accounting, controlling and treasury. He has designed and
put in place several software systems for cost controls, financial management
and treasury. He speaks fluently French, English and Italian. He is also professor
of portfolio management (MBA) at the USE of Monaco and has given numerous courses
and conferences both in France and in Europe.
Jean-Luc Girardet is a Doctor of Law and
specialized in international and European fiscal matters. He has been active
on the account of commercial companies and in particular with regard to exports,
service providers and also for oil companies. He speaks French and English fluently.
He is currently the managing director of a SCI in Monaco as well as the representative
and trust manager for several legal entities and individuals.
Alain Rosenthal
is a graduate of the Paris Institute for Political Studies (Sc. Po. Paris).
He has worked in human resources management for international groups in the
oil industry, in cosmetics and the retail sector. He is now a freelance consultant
and gives lectures in business schools on retail and human resources. He is
also an adviser for the "Association for the Monetary Union of Europe" (AMUE).
